Hello NYEBN Community Members,

The early bird exhibit discount for this fall's expo will expire by the end of tomorrow. By applying this discount, your company would be able to save up to $300 for a regular sized booth or 8'x10' booth. So far, the corner booths and booths in the Startup Zone have been our best sellers. If you are interested in ordering a booth now, just email us at with your company info, email, your position, and a phone number we can reach you at. So we can tell you more about it.

When we first created the concept of Startup Central at this expo, we thought this would be a great opportunity to connect early stage startup entrepreneurs with the expo mentors. It's very satisfying to see that this concept has taken off so fast. We did a little math earlier today. For the 1,000+ expo RSVP's we already got so far, we received 1 Startup Central RSVP on average for every 2 Show Floor RSVP's. But we only have 100 mentors. As a result, we've decided to revise the program a little bit and add a small fee for the Startup Central attendees. If you already registered, lucky you! Consider it a free gift from us. Please note that the Startup Central registration will remain free until the end of tomorrow (July 31st). Then we will add the fee to the registration page.

Upcoming NYEBN Events (Pre-expo Series)

The pre-expo series takes mainly two forms. It could either be a business networking reception or a startup roundtable event. The pre-expo series will run until mid-November. We will add the following features to our monthly events:

  • more time for attendees to network and connect
  • longer sessions overall
  • expo-related materials will be distributed at these events to raise awareness about November's Business Expo

We will try to keep up with hosting two events per month until November.
