Through his firm Crowdfund Capital Advisors, Neiss works with clients ranging from heads of state to crowdfunding platforms looking to ensure they build sustainable businesses that benefit the markets they serve.

He is a founding board member of the two hyper-growth Crowdfunding associations; Crowdfunding Professionals (CfPA), a trade association focused on education and trade representation; and Crowdfund Intermediary Regulatory Advocates (CfIRA), an advocacy group of intermediaries working with the SEC and FINRA.

He speaks throughout the world on crowdfunding at prestigious conferences, forums and universities. He additionally co-authored Crowdfund Investing for Dummies.
