NYC startup has up to 6 extra large workstations available to sublet @ $400/per desk.
Desk,chair, utilities, high speed internet access, shared conference space, etc. are provided. The office is located on 38th between 8th and 9th a short walk from Time Square, Port Authority and Penn Station. Loft-like building with high ceilings and lots of natural light. If this describes you, we might even consider a trade for services: A web application developer with at least 4 years experience working with object oriented php and MySQL. The candidate must have experience with MVC frameworks (preferably CodeIgniter) and Object Related Mapping PHP plugins (preferably PHP-ActiveRecord).
