Introduction
I have just recently started my own accounting and business consulting practice, with a focus on outsourced CFO and Controller functions.
Optional: Please give your elevator pitch here.
Every company needs financial oversight, even startups and development stage companies. Why pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to hire a CFO or Controller, when you could outsource that function for a much, much, much more economical rate. I work with clients' existing business structures and stress that the accounting function (i.e. A/P, A/R), is usually best handled by someone in-house (i.e. an accounting department), with oversight and business acumen being handled out-of-house. This allows growing companies to use their capital wisely and keep a focus on their operations while still ensuring that they are in line with all applicable regulations and have the ability to know their financial position at any point.
