My company, Essent Consulting, assists entrepreneurs and small companies to identify and distill what sparks their entrepreneurial drive, and help them transform that spark into a tool for growth. Essent focuses on growing entrepreneurial companies who’ve achieved a level of success, who are facing growing pains and either unsure of their next step, or in need of identifying and procuring the resources to achieve the next level of growth. The skill-set and toolbox for ‘start-ups’ is different than that of a ‘growing company’, so we look to bridge the gap between those 2 levels.
