Brilyint is an online community where Users can order real estate valuations and subscribe to market data. We allow banks, lenders, and property owners to reduce the cost of ordering appraisals by contributing the market data within the reports. Brilyint in turn builds a comprehensive database of sales/lease comps, listings, cap rates, etc) that it can sell monthly subscriptions to. Banks can distribute appraisals to Borrowers through Brilyint and Borrowers can then choose to go "Go Public" with the fact their property was valued in Brilyint. By doing this, they will receive notice every time their property is used in an appraisal report ordered through Brilyint. If they have a monthly subscription they will also get the sales comps used in that report (2nd level comps) resulting in a perpetual valuation based off the opinions of licensed and certified professionals. Service fees average $7-$100 per transaction and data subscriptions range from $7-35/User. Market of 125MM+.
