To make your own avatars, go to http://www.picnik.com/, upload, crop, resize, and save your photos. Then upload the new photo on NYEBN site as your new profile picture. Send an email to Ramon at to request a copy of the photo you want to have.

Thanks Jan Wallen, Nelly Yusupova and Ruben Quinones for some excellent tips on utilizing LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook for promoting a business or career.
