RSVPs WILL BE CLOSED AT 1:00 PM, TODAY! Announcing our 2nd networking reception at the Empire Hotel Rooftop. This time, our rooftop partner is very accommodating and allowing us to have the entire rooftop exclusively for this event taking place between 6:00 - 10:00 PM. Given the capacity of the rooftop, you will probably see some of the biggest networking crowds ever in NYC. Please carefully read the following before you RSVP for the event. 1. Theme Business oriented. Formal business attire required. RSVP is a must to make it a free event. For people not on the RSVP list, a charge of $10 will apply at the door. As an NYEBN member, you can bring up to 3 guests for free. If two of your guests sign up as NYEBN members at the event, your first drink is on me that night. We will have a laptop ready at the rooftop for sign-up purposes. Feel free to tweet this event or share it on Facebook. We do appreciate it. 2. Name Tags The old rule still holds. We will continue to mandate high quality name tags at our networking events. If you don't already have a plastic name tag holder, you will need to purchase one when you check in for $1 each. As you can see from the 230 Fifth pictures, the plastic name tags do look better on everybody. 3. Drink Specials Beer and wine will be in the $5-7 range. Well drinks between $7-8. 4. Others You must be 21 or older to attend this event. Make sure you bring your ID with you. If you do not want to wait in the line, print out the reminder email (with YES rsvp) or your own RSVP page (a sample) so you can get in immediately. The photos I took start photo # 16 Empire Hotel to photo #266. At least 250 photos that made the final cut after the image enhancements. We must only upload clear photos as there is a very high standard of photo excellence. The other photos #1 to #15 were uploaded by Jose Hernandez.

I took over 250 photo shots last night and need to go through each photo to do some image enhancements. Hopefully in the next day or two, the photos will be up. I love the Empire Hotel! The venue is extremely aesthetic, the staff gracious and accommodating. The only problem we had was that there was only one bar, but lots of thirsty people. They did provide waitresses though.

Another great time. The venue was great. Spacious, though the water was overpriced....$6 for a bottle. Anyway, it was worth it to meet so many cool people and hear what they did and exchange ideas. I came away with some good information that might help others out and I hope I gave out good information that could save some of my fellow networkers and their friends some money.
